This policy explains what information Adra collects when you visit this website, use our tools, or talk to us, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “Adra,” “we,” and “us” mean Adra, a DBA of Bitan Danon Enterprises Inc.
Information we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form, request an audit, book a call, chat with us, or call us, we collect what you share: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, what you are looking for, and anything you write or say.
Collected automatically. When you visit this site we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
Our assistants. Aria is our AI chat and voice assistant on this site and on Messenger, Instagram, and Telegram. Alex is our AI voice assistant for phone calls. Both are AI, not people. We process what you type or say so they can respond, and if you share your contact details, we receive the conversation so we can follow up.

Analytics, advertising, and your choices
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited. These tools run when you visit and may collect your IP address, cookie identifiers, and the pages you view. Under California law, this kind of advertising use can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer. When you opt out, the Meta Pixel stops loading on this site, we clear its cookies, and we tell Google not to use your visit for advertising. We also treat the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out automatically. Your choice is saved in a cookie on that browser and device. Basic analytics stays on so we can see which pages work.
Calls, recordings, and AI assistants
Calls with Alex may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up and improve our service. At the start of each call, Alex tells you that she is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and Jose will contact you directly. When you submit a form that asks for your phone number, you agree that Adra, including its AI voice assistant, may call you about your request. Consent is not required to buy anything.
SMS terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send SMS messages related to your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate: Netlify (website hosting), Google (analytics, tag management, and email), Meta (advertising measurement), Anthropic (the AI model behind Aria and our site score tool), ElevenLabs (Aria voice), Retell AI and Twilio (Alex phone calls and texts), Make.com (starting follow-up calls), Airtable (audit requests), and Cal.com (booking). If you use our site score tool, the website address you enter also goes to Google PageSpeed and Microlink. We may also disclose information as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Ask us if you would like something deleted sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what we collect, use, and share; to get a copy; to correct or delete it; to opt out of sharing for advertising; and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email jose@tryadra.com or call +1 (818) 748-1097. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update the date above when we change this policy.
